Salmon Roe

Our salmon roe originate from Alaska. We predominantly use the ”King Salmon” species – latin name: Onchorhyncus Tschwitscha. King Salmon roe have a unique crispness to the membrane and a deep red colour. However, other varieties such as Keta/Chum and Pink are also available in the range.

The taste? Deep and delicious, with minimal added salt.
