Blinis

These little Russian wheat pancakes are a perfect companion to our caviar, salmon roe and trout roe. Our blinis are actually made in Provence, France. We recommend frying them in unsalted butter for 1-2 minutes over a high heat, until they become golden brown and crispy.

Blinis topped with sour cream and caviar make fabulous hors d’oeuvres or light appetizers.
